Audit & Resolution Highlights:

1. Unnecessarily Wrapped Clinical Tables:
   • Initial State: Exactly 14 markdown tables across 4 clinical notes were trapped inside raw ``` code fences.
   • Current State: ALL 14 tables have been unwrapped into standard native Markdown tables.
2. Associated Non-Table Codeblocks:
   • Resolved: Exactly 7 non-table code blocks (Chief Complaints, Localization Screen Checklists) in those same 4 files were unwrapped into standard native Markdown lists and bold headings.
3. Intentional Documentation Tables Preserved:
   • Exactly 5 tables in 500.rules/ remain within ```markdown blocks. These are intentional documentation examples illustrating proforma and question formatting rules to authors.
4. Mermaid Flowcharts Preserved:
